Setting your identity: Tap your name in the chips above. It sets you as the current user — your appointments are highlighted. Tap the same chip again to filter the calendar to just your events.
Filtering: Tap any name chip once to set it as your identity. Tap again to filter the calendar to that person. Tap "All" to clear the filter.
Adding appointments: Tap ＋ Add Appointment. Choose a type, date, time, and add the clinic address. On the day, tap Get Directions to open Google Maps straight to the appointment.
Sharing your calendar: Go to ⚙️ Settings → tap Share 🔗 next to your Group Code → send the link via WhatsApp or iMessage. The recipient taps the link and joins automatically — no typing required.
Freemium limits: Up to 4 members and 5 appointment types. Contact support to upgrade to Pro for push notifications, recurring appointments, and unlimited members.
Get Directions: When adding an appointment, enter the clinic name or address. On the day, tap the appointment card then tap Get Directions — Google Maps opens straight to the location. No searching while you're running late.
3-month view: Tap the Upcoming tab to see all appointments in the next 3 months, grouped by date. It also respects the active filter.
Clash alerts: If two appointments share the same time, a yellow warning appears on the calendar automatically.
Calendar name: In Settings you can rename your calendar. It shows at the top of the app — great for personalising it for your family.
Lost your group code? It's always in ⚙️ Settings. If you leave a group and lose it, email support with your family name.
Your privacy matters. Synkease is a personal coordination tool. Your group is protected by a unique code — only people you share it with can access your calendar.
You own your information. Any names, appointment details, addresses, or notes you enter are provided by you, for your own personal use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you choose to enter.
We do not sell your data. Synkease does not share your information with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes.
Data storage. Information is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. Synkease is not a medical records system. We recommend not storing clinical diagnoses or sensitive medical documents in appointment notes.
Limitation of liability. Synkease is provided as-is as a personal coordination aid. Synkease accepts no liability for loss of data, miscommunication, or missed appointments arising from use of this app.

Terms of Use (Summary)
Synkease is a personal care coordination tool for families and carers. By using this app you agree to these terms.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for all information you enter into Synkease. The developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on information in the app, missed appointments, or data entered incorrectly by you or your group members.
Appropriate use. Do not share group codes publicly. Do not use Synkease for commercial care coordination without authorisation. Do not enter information belonging to others without their consent.
Invite keys. Each key creates one family group and is non-transferable. Contact support if you lose access — do not create duplicate groups.
Service. Synkease is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Use it as a helpful coordination aid alongside your existing care routines.
